IO Toxicity Passport

The IOCN has recognised the need for patients who are recieving or who have recieved immuno-oncology treatments to carry an alert card to provide advice to patients on when to contact their triage or hotline number, as well as providing advice to healthcare professionals that the patient is at risk of autoimmune side effects.

The IOCN has created 3 IO Toxicity Passports for patients an IO Treatment, an IO-CHEMO and a Post IO Treatment alert card as well as a Steroid alert card for patients.
